Describtion

Veera Kuula is a visual artist based in Kuusamo. She makes traditional drawings and paintings and plans to get her degree in fine arts by the end of 2026. In addition to making art she also writes fiction and poetry.

Accomplishments

A third place in a photography competition. The competition was a part of Kaunis Kaamos event, which was organized in Hetta during 2.-3.1.2026.

A first place in a national short story competition in 2021. Her winning story was made into an audiobook and published on multiple different audiobook services. She also got a publishing contract with an audiobook company.
